TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When purchasing on this site, you agree to all policies LIVENCI SOLUTIONS sets LIVENCI SOLUTIONS is not at fault if you have failed to read and understand these policies fully. Please note that all consultations will be via phone call or Zoom video. Depending on your project.

DESIGN FORM

After purchase, your design form must be completed with all order-related details. Your turnaround time begins once this form has been completed and submitted. You may find the design form at the bottom of the description.

Refunds/Exchanges-

The customer agrees to pay the total amount for the Design. Whether a customer chooses installment payment plans or decides to pay in full, the customer understands that due to the nature of the items and services sold, there are no refunds.

Please note that the Service fee is expected to be paid in full. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. If you selected the payment plan and your card is declined for any reason, you will be notified by email to update your credit card.

If you have not provided a form of payment for a successful charge by midnight the following day, your enrollment/Design will be suspended until payment is made. If your payment becomes seven days past due, your enrollment/design will be terminated, or the legal team will recover the outstanding balance and late fees. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing our service.

You CANNOT substitute any other design that you purchased for another design.If your design is still not to your liking after two revisions, you will not receive a refund for the design or revisions you paid for.

​ If the client decides not to choose any of the concepts offered, no refunds will be issued as the work has already been completed.If there are any problems with your order, please get in touch with us.

Any disputes/chargebacks brought forward will result in all information being turned over to your bank and Hostinger for investigation, and you will be banned from purchasing from my site.

You may not continue using any designs created by www.livencisolutions.com in case of a chargeback and dispute.If it’s found that you are continuing to use any designs we created, legal action will be taken.

WEBSITE DESIGNS

The client is responsible for all website fees, such as monthly subscription charges and app fees (if not included in client Website packages). Livenci Solutions will provide the website design and limited product uploads only. Website design does not include shipping fee setup or sales tax setup (depending on your website package). The client is responsible for researching if the products/services they offer are allowed on the Hostinger. Livenci Solutions is not responsible if your website is closed or suspended due to the nature of the products/services the client offers.

Livenci Solutions reserves the right to leave a "website designed by livencisolutions.com" note in the very bottom footer section of the website when completing any/all website designs and revamps.

Website Design Ghost Policy

To ensure smooth progress and effective communication, our policy for non-responsive clients is as follows:

2 Weeks of No Response
- If we do not receive a response from the client within 2 weeks, a fee of $75 will be charged to reactivate and continue the project.

1 Month or More of No Response
- If we do not receive a response from the client for 1 month or more, a fee of $150 will be charged to revive the project. Additionally, any subscription fees associated with the website will also apply.

Credit/ Debit card Authorization form.

Livenci Solutions reserves the right to request that clients fill out the Credit/Debit card authorization form via email before placing the order.If you complete this form or your order after finishing it, you will receive an email to fill it out. Failure to do so will terminate your project. This protects Livenci Solutions and the client from fraudulent charges/activity.
